Nguyen Hue is a broad pedestrian boulevard in central Saigon, lined with high-end shops, cafes, and the ornate French colonial People's Committee Building at its northern end (illuminated at night and a popular photo spot). It's the default gathering place for public events, festivals, and flower displays around Tet, and on ordinary evenings fills with families, street performers, and people simply out for a walk.
Bitexco Financial Tower is visible from partway down the street, and the whole strip works well as an anchor for an evening walk through central Saigon.
