Munggu Beach
Munggu Beach is another of the lightly developed black-sand beaches along Bali's southwest coast between Canggu and Tanah Lot, known locally more for its annual Mekotek ritual (a village war-dance ceremony held during Galungan) than for tourist infrastructure on the beach itself.
For most visitors it functions as a quiet stretch of coastline to pass through on the way to or from Tanah Lot, rather than a standalone destination — genuinely uncrowded, with little beyond the sand and surf itself.
