Den Den Town
Den Den Town is Osaka's answer to Tokyo's Akihabara, a district of electronics, anime, manga, and gaming shops that grew out of the area's postwar electronics retail trade. It's smaller and generally less crowded than Akihabara, appealing to visitors with a specific interest in otaku culture, retro electronics, or figure and manga collecting.
It's a fairly compact area easily covered in an hour or two, without the scale of Tokyo's equivalent district.
