Yanchep National Park
Yanchep National Park combines wetlands and bushland with a koala boardwalk (koalas aren't native to WA but have been kept here since the 1930s), limestone cave systems open for guided tours (Crystal Cave and Cabaret Cave among them), and walking trails through the bush. It's a varied, if lower-key, nature park compared to some of WA's more dramatic natural sights further afield.
