Santa Claus Village is a purpose-built tourist complex straddling the Arctic Circle, centered on year-round Santa visits, reindeer and husky experiences, souvenir shops, a post office processing Christmas mail worldwide, and a marked Arctic Circle line. It is unabashedly commercial rather than deeply historical — worth knowing before visiting expecting something more authentic.
