Chua Ong is a Chinese assembly hall temple built by the Guangdong congregation in Can Tho in the late 19th century, dedicated primarily to Quan Cong (Guan Yu). Its carved wooden beams, ceramic roof figures, and thick incense-coil smoke give it a very different feel from the Buddhist pagodas elsewhere in the city.

It's a compact temple that takes only a short visit but is one of the better-preserved examples of Chinese temple architecture in the Delta.
